SHIPPING POLICY

US ORDER PROCESSING

• All orders received on or before NOON EST will be shipped by the end of the next business day, excluding holidays.

• All orders received after NOON EST will be shipped within two business days, excluding holidays.

• All orders placed on U.S. holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Zumba will be shipped within two business days.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, major sales events, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES
Transit time count begins after the order is picked up by the carrier. The ship day is day “0” in the count to calculate transit time. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Transit times for Canada are dependent on routine customs clearance; some exceptions may cause delays.

Express: Includes Next Day, “2-Day” & “3-Day” shipping options. Express service is not available for orders going to PO Box, US Territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For Canada, the transit time for Express shipping is 1-2 business days.

Ground: 1-5 business days transit time. Ground service is not available to Canada, PO Box, US Territories, or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Standard: 2-7 business days transit time for US and Canada. Orders going to a PO Box, US Territories, military APO/FPO/DPO, or rural area addresses may take longer to deliver.

NOTE: We do not ship to Canada PO Boxes. We do not offer express service to US Union Territory for example Puerto Rico, Guam.   

GENERAL
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Proof of signature is not required for delivery unless order exceeds $1,500 value. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. Packages may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier. For Canada, shipments exceeding $2,500 CAD require verbal consent by the customer to UPS Brokerage allowing formal entry to proceed at no additional charge to the customer.

US Shipping Offer:
US Shipping Offer: $1 shipping offer is valid on orders over $49.00 for shipments made to addresses located in the U.S. $1 shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.  Not applicable toward purchases of Gift Cards. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at Zumba's sole discretion. Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase. Offer valid only on the Consumer and ZIN™ carts
 
Canada Shipping Offer
$1 shipping offer is valid on orders between $99.00 CAD and $150.00 CAD for shipments made to addresses located in Canada. $1 shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at Zumba's sole discretion. Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase. Offer valid only on the Consumer and ZIN™ carts.

If your package is refused or returned to us for ANY reason, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Zumba. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. Zumba does not accept product exchanges. SHIPPING COST
For qualifying orders, the Shipping costs for Standard service is (i) a flat rate of USD$6.50 per order for shipments made to addresses located in the United States; (ii) a flat rate of $35.00 CAD on orders over $150.00 CAD for shipments made to addresses located in Canada; and (iii) a flat rate of $14.00 CAD on orders less than $99.00 CAD for shipments made to addresses located in Canada. The applicable shipping cost is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.

The Shipping costs for domestic Ground service is a flat rate of USD$8.50. per order regardless order price.

Certain items may include additional handling costs. These items include and are not limited to; Toning Sticks, Toning Stick Bundles, DVD sets, banners, footwear, and large accessories. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.

USA - EXPRESS SHIPPING COSTS 
The price for express shipping is as follows:
3 Day Service - $15
2 Day Service - $17 &
Next Day Air Service - $33.
UPS does not service 3-day or overnight to Hawaii anymore

The shipping costs for Express service to Canada is a flat rate of $34 CAD on orders less than $150 CAD and a flat rate of $100 CAN on orders above $150 CAD, regardless of quantity
